Hello — I'm so glad you're here.
Following 30 years in education, originally as a teacher and latterly in a safeguarding and pastoral management role, I studied alongside my work to become a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor.
I completed a Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice, as well as an additional Level 5 Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People.

A person-centred approach, rooted in real life.
I have worked with clients of all ages and particularly enjoy listening to, supporting and mentoring those who find a person-centred approach helpful. I am a highly confidential, reliable and empathetic individual with lived experience of grief, parenting, divorce and redundancy. I am looking forward to meeting you and to supporting your journey of healing.
